There is no stronger commitment in business than serving others by being socially and environmentally responsible.
The Core of Every Community
A village green is a common open area which is a part of a community. A place where people gather to fellowship, exercise, share and enjoy nature.
The LLE® Community stands squarely on the village green. This is where our community of linguists, employees and clients unify in their commitment to build and maintain a sustainable, inclusive environment beneficial to all.
The LLE Environmental Footprint
LLE developed a small footprint business philosophy many years ago. Our business model promotes and encourages a “green” theme. Due to our advanced technology service delivery platform, our telephone interpreters, translators and testers (linguists) work efficiently and effectively from their home offices. Thus, we sustain our environment by saving fuel, reducing pollution and decreasing paper usage.
LLE’s energy efficient buildings employ insulation properties to use less heating and cooling energy to achieve the same temperature. We also use fluorescent lights instead of incandescent lights to attain the same level of illumination.
The minimal amount of paper products used by LLE internally is sent on a monthly basis to a professional post-consumer recycling company.
Moving Forward: Keeping the Village Green Viable
We believe a part of being a good corporate citizen is having respect for preserving the environment we all share. Everyday we are trying to make a difference, and lead by example. As we move forward, we will continue to share with our LLE constituency the steps we are taking to build upon our green business foundation.
