LLE undertakes to make every attempt to contact the individual to be tested within 24 hours of receiving their details.
 
Once their availability has been ascertained, a test will be scheduled at the first possible opportunity - this is sometimes limited by the availability of LLE testers, but generally speaking it can be arranged within 48 hours of establishing contact with the candidate.
 
Once the test has been completed, results will be sent to the client in .pdf format within 48 hours. Hard copies can be mailed on request.
 
In any case, the client will always be kept fully informed as to the process of scheduling, and will receive notification when
  • the candidate has been contacted, or LLE has failed to make contact with the candidate
  • the test has been scheduled
  • the test is not completed as scheduled
  • the test results are available
