| LLE undertakes to make every attempt to contact the individual to be tested within 24 hours of receiving their details. |

| Once their availability has been ascertained, a test will be scheduled at the first possible opportunity - this is sometimes limited by the availability of LLE testers, but generally speaking it can be arranged within 48 hours of establishing contact with the candidate. |

| Once the test has been completed, results will be sent to the client in .pdf format within 48 hours. Hard copies can be mailed on request. |

In any case, the client will always be kept fully informed as to the process of scheduling, and will receive notification when
- the candidate has been contacted, or LLE has failed to make contact with the candidate
- the test has been scheduled
- the test is not completed as scheduled
- the test results are available
