Interpreter Skills Development

Expert Instructors
Instructors at LLE have the following qualifications:
- Minimum two years teaching experience
- Higher education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees, or Ph.D’s.
- Native speakers who are also proficient in English
- Prepared to instruct on specific subject matter such as industry-specific jargon
and formal speech
- Extensive experience delivering language instruction to government organizations

LLE's language instruction includes attentive client service:
- Personal service manager for each organizational client
- New requests, questions and concerns addressed within 1 business day upon receipt
of request
- Continuous improvement through regular student surveys
