At LLE, we have specifically designed our system to offer our clients faster and simpler connection times to interpreters, the ability to track calls, and greater security. We achieve this through call authentication, voice activation, and system redundancy.

Call Authentication

LLE has the ability to auto-authenticate calls for your agency or department through our toll-free access, providing greater convenience. LLE services include the ability to accommodate your requests for multiple IDs without limit. The LLE system tracks call data for each ID number regardless of area, department or location. All call data for each ID will be available to you on-demand, 24/7 via LLE's online tool for real-time usage tracking and reporting.

Easy Authentication

For security and reporting purposes, we authenticate your account information before your representatives reach an interpreter. With the easy authentication option, this information is pre-programmed and doesn’t have to be manually entered by your representatives.

Voice Activated Language Selection (VALS)

VALS is part of the LLE communication system, offering your agency or department the most efficient connection to an interpreter. Your representatives and other government employees can connect to an interpreter by speaking the name of the language they want; all calls are then connected to the first queued interpreter in less than 15 seconds, on average, across all languages.

Customized Record Integration

Customize your call flow to capture the information you want detailed in reports using our real-time usage tracking system. For instance, you can choose to capture a unique identifier such as a cost center code or an employee ID number as part of any interpretation session.

System Redundancy

The LLE communication system was designed to deliver continuous service 24/7, with continual service stability. This design was achieved using a distributed architecture between multiple facilities and telephony providers. This means if power is down in one city or for one service provider, LLE’s system will still operate.
