| All LLE translation projects are managed by a team of experienced translation professionals. The LLE Translation Services Manager directs the LLE translation project management team. The Manager assigns a translation project to a project manager who assigns the project to a team of translators to complete the project. The translators are selected according to the language, subject matter and professional expertise. |

| The Translation Manager ascertains the purpose of the translation and the profile of the end user. Our translators will concentrate on maintaining the original tone and intent (or "spirit") of the text while taking into account the societal and cultural aspects of the target language. |
